Terms of Use & License
In effect as of June 8, 2026
Article 1 — Purpose and scope
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the getnobullshit.com website (the “Site”), the creation and management of your user account, and the conditions under which you may use the digital content (digital book, its chapters and checklists, the “Content”) made available to you after purchase.
The Site is published by FGRibreau SARL, 3 rue de l’Aubépine, 85110 Chantonnay, SIREN 850 824 350 (RCS La Roche-sur-Yon) (the “Publisher”, “we”), reachable at fg@getnobullshit.com.
These Terms govern use of the Site, the account and the Content. They are distinct from:
- the Terms of Sale, which govern the act of purchase (price, order, payment, delivery, right of withdrawal) — on the Terms of sale page;
- the Privacy Policy, which describes the processing of your personal data under the GDPR — on the Privacy policy page.
In case of conflict on a purchase matter, the Terms of Sale prevail. On account or Content use, these Terms prevail. On data protection, the Privacy Policy prevails.
Article 2 — Acceptance and amendment
Using the Site, creating an account or using Content implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Site or the Content.
We may amend the Terms at any time, notably to follow changes to the Site or regulations. The applicable version is the one in effect at the date of your use. Substantial changes will be signaled by reasonable means (notice on the Site or by email). Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. The Terms accepted at the time of your purchase remain applicable to your license on Content already acquired.
Article 3 — User account
3.1 — Account creation. Access to purchased digital Content requires an account. You undertake to provide accurate, sincere and up-to-date information, and to keep it current. You can amend it from your “My account” area or by writing to fg@getnobullshit.com.
3.2 — Credentials and security. Your credentials (email and password) are strictly personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for their safekeeping and use. Any action from your account is deemed performed by you. In case of loss, theft or unauthorized use, inform us without delay at fg@getnobullshit.com.
3.3 — Responsibility. You are responsible for the use of your account and the Content it grants access to. Sharing your credentials or access outside the cases authorized (Articles 4 and 5) is a breach.
3.4 — Suspension and termination. You may request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account, without compensation, in case of breach (unauthorized redistribution, resale or sharing of Content, fraud, attack on Site security). Where the breach allows, we will first give you formal notice to remedy it. Termination for breach ends the license under Articles 4 and 5, without prejudice to our other rights and remedies.
Article 4 — License to use digital Content (individual license)
4.1 — Scope. Purchasing digital Content transfers no ownership right. It grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license, for strictly private and personal use, worldwide and for the duration of intellectual property rights.
4.2 — What you can do. Under our “DRM-free” policy, you may: download your Content as many times as you wish and keep it on as many personal devices as you want; print the digital book for personal use; copy-paste excerpts for personal use; access the checklists via the links provided, which always point to the latest version.
4.3 — Nominative license stamp (no DRM). Content is provided without DRM. In return, each copy of the digital book (PDF) is personalized with a nominative license stamp in the footer, mentioning your name and/or license identifiers. You undertake not to remove, mask, alter or falsify this stamp.
4.4 — What you cannot do. The following are strictly prohibited, whether free or paid: public redistribution, making available or sharing of all or part of the Content; resale, rental, lending or assignment of the Content or license to a third party; sharing your access, credentials or download links with third parties, outside the team license (Article 5); any commercial exploitation, mass reproduction, or use to create a competing work or service; removing or altering the nominative license stamp and any IP notice. Authorized private use does not include use for the benefit of a third party or organization, except under the team license.
Article 5 — Team license “À plusieurs c’est mieux.” (B2B use)
5.1 — Purpose. The “À plusieurs c’est mieux.” package grants a team license allowing the digital book and its checklists to be shared within one and the same company (the “Beneficiary Entity”).
5.2 — Scope. The license allows internal sharing, for professional purposes, for a maximum of 20 people belonging to the Beneficiary Entity. This license is nominative: the Entity identifies the authorized people and is responsible for their compliance.
5.3 — Limits. The team license is non-exclusive and non-assignable outside the Beneficiary Entity. Notably prohibited: any use for a person outside the Entity (clients, unaffiliated providers, partners, other group entities); sharing with more than 20 people; assignment or transfer of the license to another company (save prior written agreement); public redistribution.
5.4 — Nominative stamp and responsibility. The nominative license stamp (Article 4.3) remains applicable. Beyond 20 people, or for use beyond the Beneficiary Entity, an additional license must be taken out — contact us at fg@getnobullshit.com.
Article 6 — Intellectual property
All elements of the Site and Content (texts, book structure, chapters, checklists, illustrations, trademarks, logos, graphic design, code) are the property of the Publisher (or its rights-holders) and are protected worldwide under copyright and IP law. All rights reserved.
No provision of these Terms transfers any IP right to you. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, translation or distribution, in whole or in part, outside the granted licenses, is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement.
Article 7 — Service availability
We strive to keep the Site and access to Content available, but the service is provided “as is”, without guarantee of continuous availability. Access may be suspended for maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control. As checklists evolve over time, the links provided point to the latest version; we do not guarantee the persistence of a given prior version.
Article 8 — Limitation of liability
The Content is informational and educational. It constitutes neither personalized professional advice nor a guarantee of results. You remain solely responsible for the use you make of it.
Within the limits permitted by law, the Publisher’s liability is limited to direct and foreseeable damages and shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the relevant Content. The Publisher is not liable for indirect damages. No provision limits the Publisher’s liability in case of gross or willful misconduct, bodily harm, or where the law prohibits it. [Lawyer check: against a consumer buyer, some limitation clauses are deemed unwritten.]
Article 9 — Personal data
The processing of your personal data in connection with your account and use of the Site is described in our Privacy policy, in accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act (controller identity, purposes, retention periods, exercise of your rights).
Article 10 — Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; you can contact us at fg@getnobullshit.com. Under Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, you may use the consumer mediator CM2C free of charge — see Mediation. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under ordinary rules. [Lawyer check: no jurisdiction clause imposed on a consumer.]
