Terms of sale

In effect as of June 1, 2020

Article 1 - Purpose

These general terms of sale (the “Terms”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the Seller with non-professional buyers (“the Clients or the Client”) wishing to acquire the products offered for sale (“the Products”) by the Seller on the getnobullshit.com website.

Article 2 - Product presentation

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “Pre-order” section of our site. Photographs are not part of the contract. All texts and images presented on the company’s site are reserved worldwide under copyright and intellectual property law; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly forbidden.

Article 3 - Validity period of offers

The “Simple. Basique.” and “La Totale.” products are not stock-managed because they are digital. The “La Pépite.” and “À plusieurs c’est mieux” products have availability that depends on our printer. For these products, in the event of a stockout we reserve the right to refuse orders. They will be refunded.

Article 4 - Product prices

The products on our site display prices in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs appear on the cart screen.

The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but ordered products are invoiced at the price in effect when the order was recorded.

Article 5 - Order

The client validates their order when they click the “Place order” button on the “Payment” page after accepting these terms of sale. Before this validation, the client is systematically offered the chance to check each element of their order; they can thus correct any mistakes.

Any order placed on the getnobullshit.com site forms a contract concluded at a distance between the Client and the Seller.

The company confirms the order by email; this confirmation includes all the order details. The Client can track the progress of their order by email.

To place an order, the Client is invited to fill in the form offered at the time of order and undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information concerning their identity and contact details, in particular their email address. The Client is responsible for keeping the information provided up to date. They may modify it by contacting email support.

The data recorded by the company constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. It is archived by the seller under legal conditions and timeframes; the client can access this archive by requesting it by email at fg@getnobullshit.com.

Article 6 - Payment methods

Payment by bank card. Our partner STRIPE handles bank-card payments. The bank-card number is entered on a secure page hosted by the bank, the information is encrypted (TLS technology), and the card number is never printed in full on payment receipts. We are therefore never in possession of your banking details.

Article 7 - Delivery

You will be notified by email as soon as your parcel ships. You will receive the tracking number for your order to stay informed of its delivery. Products are delivered to the delivery address provided by the buyer.

The Client must check the condition of the delivered products. They have 7 days from delivery to file claims by email, accompanied by all supporting documents (photos in particular). After this period, and failing these formalities, the Products are deemed compliant and free of any apparent defect, and no claim can be validly accepted by the Seller.

Article 8 - Personal data protection

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to query, access, modify, object to and rectify the personal data concerning you. By accepting these terms of sale, you consent to our collecting and using this data to perform this contract. By entering your email address on our site, you will receive emails containing information and promotional offers about products published by the Company and its partners. You may unsubscribe at any time, simply by clicking the link at the end of our emails or by contacting the data controller (the Company) by registered mail. We track traffic across all our sites.

Article 9 - Customer relations - After-sales service

For any information, question or claim, the client can email fg@getnobullshit.com.
