Right of withdrawal
Publisher: FGRibreau SARL (SIREN 850 824 350), 3 rue de l’aubépine, 85110 Chantonnay — fg@getnobullshit.com
Principle (physical goods)
In accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal on a distance purchase, without giving reasons and without bearing costs other than those provided for.
The period runs from receipt of the goods (hardcover book, posters) by you or a designated third party. To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (email to fg@getnobullshit.com, or via the model withdrawal form) before the deadline.
Refund: we refund all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision (art. L221-24), using the same payment method. We may defer the refund until we recover the goods or receive proof of dispatch.
Return: you return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of communicating your decision. Direct return costs are borne by you. Return address: FGRibreau SARL, 3 rue de l’Aubépine, 85110 Chantonnay, France.
Exception — digital content (e-book, checklists)
In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium (e-book, downloadable checklists) whose performance has begun after your prior express consent and express waiver of your right of withdrawal.
Consequently, when ordering a digital product, a checkbox (not pre-ticked) is shown to you at payment:
☐ “I request immediate performance of the supply of digital content and acknowledge losing my right of withdrawal once the download begins.” (art. L221-28 13°)
This box must be ticked to access immediate download. A confirmation is sent to you by email (durable medium). As long as you have not ticked this box and started the download, your 14-day right of withdrawal on digital content remains.
Pre-order. For digital products sold on pre-order, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full until the file is actually made available and the download begins; the waiver (art. L221-28 13°) only takes effect at the moment of immediate download, with prior express consent.
