How do I download my e-book?
After your purchase, go to My downloads (log in with the order email). Your PDF, ePub and MOBI files are there, as many times as you want.
I didn’t receive my access, what should I do?
Check your spam folder. If nothing within an hour, write to fg@getnobullshit.com with your order number and we’ll unlock it right away.
How do I access the checklists?
The checklists are linked from your account once the digital version is available. The links always point to the latest version (single source of truth).
How do I get an invoice?
An invoice is generated automatically after payment. You can find it in your account or request it at fg@getnobullshit.com.
What is your refund policy?
See our Satisfaction guarantee page and the right of withdrawal. For digital content downloaded immediately, a legal exception applies (express waiver at payment).
What are the delivery times for the printed book?
Details on the Shipping & delivery page. Digital content is available immediately.
How does the team license work?
The “À plusieurs c’est mieux.” pack lets you share the digital book and its checklists with up to 20 people in your company. See Team license.
